Rochelle Community Hospital has an opportunity for two Nurse Practitioners or three part time Nurse Practitioners to work
in the convenient care clinic opening fall 2011. The clinic will be located in the super Wal-Mart. The NP will not be
establishing a patient base. The NP will see convenient care patients for walk in evaluation and treatment.

Rochelle Community Hospital is a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital located in Rochelle, IL. CAH status allows the hospital to
receive better reimbursement for Medicare patients, assuring its financial stability. The hospital operates a 24 hour
emergency room. Additional services available at Rochelle include MRI, CT, nuclear medicine, nuclear cardiac scan,
ultrasound, DEXA, Mammograms, X-ray, two surgical suites, seven bed same day surgery unit, four bed ICU, physical and

Rochelle, Illinois is a community of nearly 10,000 located just 75 miles west of Chicago and 25 miles south of Rockford, IL.
