The opportunity is for Family Physician to join their office based clinic. The opportunity is for general Family Medicine with no
OB. Call for the practice will be 1:7.

Rochelle Community Hospital is a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital located in Rochelle, IL. CAH status allows the hospital to
receive better reimbursement for Medicare patients, assuring its financial stability. The hospital operates a 24 hour emergency
room. Additional services available at Rochelle include MRI, CT, nuclear medicine, nuclear cardiac scan, ultrasound, DEXA,
Mammograms, X-ray, two surgical suites, seven bed same day surgery unit, four bed ICU, physical and respiratory therapy,
cardiac rehabilitation, infusion services, laboratory services, and a fitness center that is open to the public. The specialty and
consult services available on sight include audiology, cardiology, general surgery, hematology/oncology, neurology,

Rochelle, Illinois is a community of nearly 10,000 located just 75 miles west of Chicago and 25 miles south of Rockford, IL.
