Orthopedic Surgery opportunity in Kewanee, Illinois
Kewanee Hospital is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon. With the opening of the new hospital in 2008
it is predicted that surgeries will increase significantly. Currently Orthopedics Services are provided ½ day per week by a
visiting specialist. There are about 1,570 surgeries a year at the hospital. The new hospital is equipped with two OR’s and
an endoscopy room. Most surgeries are scheduled and outpatient. The hospital has a strong sports medicine and
rehabilitation program. The hospital will be flexible with call coverage to provide the physician with a quality personal
life.
